Allthough in some eyes, winning as many of the races as he did something like 17 of 22, He lost the most populated and richest areas of venezuela in the elections. And Caracass itself a new mayor not of Chavez's liking.. So he will be dealing with new governors and mayors of the opposition, so he calls them in the richest and most populated areas!

See the world is like a pendelum, not too much socialism and not too much out of control unregulated capitalism. I can't wait until they vote out Chavez next time!!!

Reading the article , you can hear the fear in his words and also the readiness to have a civil war.. You have to wonder sometimes!!!
