Default Most Popular President in the Americas!

Uribe who would have guessed ?? I know I would have, probably ANGIE and MICKY and a few others.!!!

Great article, Bush believe it or not is not the least liked President, but he is very close!

http://colombiareports.com/2008/06/2...cas/#more-1602

I was talking to a colombian friend the other day what they liked about URIBE, their comment to me was " He is a working President"!!

Any of you who follow the news their will know that, he is like the energizer bunny of presidents!

by the way colombiareports.com is a great site to keep up with whats going on down there!

LL -

You KNOW it bro! El Presidente is veryyyyyy smart and he is always out there. You will see Sr. Uribe in different cities all the time. And it is not with the press club or united CEO fat cats. This man has mismo, townhall meetings, and I do mean with the people. All over the country, all the time. Does not use a teleprompter, he speaks from head and heart. I know that there is the past connection with AUC, but reality is EVERYONE from that time period had connections with SOMEONE, it was the only way to survive those times. Two weeks ago I was at the dentist office. A lady comes in and sits next to me. Knowing that I am the big gringo she asks me if I think that Obama has a chance, being that he is black. I tell her that I do not think that will matter, but to me, he is just another politician, and that I do not like any of them. They run their mouths, fill their pockets and get drunk on the power, they all SUCK. She agrees with me and tells me a Colombian saying that means what I am taking about. Then I tell her, except, I really, really like Presidente Uribe, she gives me the double take and says, "but of course, he IS different!

Sidebar to story, we are in the office of Martha Uribe, first cousin of Presidente. I really like Martha, she is brutal, and I do mean brutal, but she has this charm that is hard to describe.

Love - Micky

Hey did you read the article, The president in Paraguay has a 5% approval rating!
Never heard of such distain for a president, apparently he has resigned as their president and want to be a senator! Something sounds really wrong down there!

****, bush has 30% which is hard to believe, I guess that must mean that somebody likes him!

Back to old URIBE, MIcky is dead on that guy is workin for the people, not sitting behind some fricken mahagonay doors having idealogical conversacions with himself and calling shots like 99.9% of the presidents out there!

Man I am telling you if we had URIBE as President, this country would be un m____er F___n stoppable!!!!!!!!!!!!!
