Default Uribe Says no to 3rd TERM!

Looks like Uribe the great president he is has made a decision to not run for a third term. I always thought that was a bad idea. It is important to colombia to continue on with their incredible progress that they have been making and not put all their eggs in one basket..

Too much time in power corrupts even the best of men. I don't know a single dictator, or leader who didn't go sideways after some time!!!!

Too bad Uribe's time wasn't up now, maybe we coulod convince him to run our country..

LL -

Just one more reason to like El Presidente. I do believe that his successor will be a man from Uribe's current administration and will have the same mindset in dealing with the problem children. That is the good news, the people do not want, and will not, elect anyone that will go backwards. Once given the light and freedom the taste is too good and the people will not give it up. Just the opinion of a self-confessed Colombiaphile (is that a word?).

Love - Micky

Politics never turn out the way people expect it too!!! The sad truth about most governments!!
